Reading these numbers

Maximum leverage only applies to small positions. Every exchange splits a contract into margin tiers: as the position grows, the allowed leverage falls and the maintenance margin rate rises, so the liquidation price moves closer to entry. The second table shows where each exchange draws those lines for XMR. If you plan a large position, check it there before choosing the exchange.
